If we dont get Subclasses soon, gunna have to make an AM

I had mentioned that when I get to lev. 500, I would start another player, an AM, unless we get sub classes first. So, Szlat, you have 25 levels to do get it in place.

Oh, and I really miss being able to pick up a rod as they show up very often now that it knows I cant pick it up.

Sorry, neither are up to me. Just waiting for the build. But I know Druid has had a busy few weeks.
Dru and Shantara decided that it would probably take them too long to test all the subclasses, so the concept is to do an initial trial, then open it up for everyone if it seems ok. So the first people to get subclasses will be the high levels - who have the most experience and also the most points to redistribute. When that will be, I don't know.

I just keep busy modifying other bits while I am waiting

thanks, but it wont work. The rod has been told not to be able to be picked up (in this build) by anyone with LW5 such as myself. So, tossing it to me wont do any good.

Keep pluggin, Szlat...you do good work. I just miss the rod a lot...and I'm sure I wont reach Lev. 500 for a while...so you have time

Demon... I wanna play with the AM toys, I think. It seems those other 2 classes have dominated the game in the amount of players...dont see many AMs anymore. At least not in the numbers they used to be.

Yup I miss not being able to pick the rod up for my WM too! and i still play my AM in rotation with the other 3! sometimes in the top scores and others not cuz i got issues make'n some decent weapons! but tis the life of a am!

Times running out... ( i had time on my hands for some reason) 8 levels left... I dont know, maybe I will enjoy the new AM.. Still trying to figure out a name yet.

I miss it too.... and it's so ironic how when I was able to pick them up, the silly monsters hardly ever spit them out... now that I can't pick them up??? It's like a pinata of rods rains down from the heavens!! GRRRR!

Sorry. I fixed it back in November the day after it was reported. Still waiting for it to go live.

Looking forward to the subclasses as I have uber exp to spend.

Not being able to pick up the rod has definitely nerfed me much more than I would have thought, interesting how much I relied on the rod for kills/exp etc.

It just furthers the already accepted fact that my high level is due far more to available time on the server vs. skill and/or talent.

Come to the Dark side Junkies are fun ! (once you make it threw the awful grind of lvl 42 to 70) it has actually improved my game play a lot I dodge so much better now

no more stand in the middle of a room blasting away

It's interesting to see how other people can feel so much dependence on the rod. I used to think the same, until I broke the 3k mark for a second time last month WITHOUT the rod (bug problem everyone knows about). Now I think rod is ONLY useful on wave 10. At any other time, rod only depletes your adren pretty quickly without any benefits.

Perhaps not being able to pick up the rod was a blessing in disguise!

my score without the rod have definalty have gone down with my LW
on the other hand I've been using the rod less with my AM and my scores are going up!
I find using the rod with the AM is all about timing otherwise its just an adren drain
(I'd go further into the specifics, but anyone who want to know can figure it out themselves , as I still say the rod has to high of a range)

hmm I may be lying actually I set a new high score for my LW without a rod !
maybe I've adapted to life without it and found a better way

My scores are pretty much unchanged. I get close to 3k from time to time if I have a good flak, but it was with the rod with kill award streaks that got me over. I dont use it with titans as they drain too much, but it helps me when I'm in a crowd of smaller monsters and get overwhelmed. It's a big help in that instance. 6 more levels..
