hi guys this is me paradoxx again asking more and more ...

the thing is that i can get ut3 ( probably next weekend ( which means in 2 days)) so does ut3 worth it? should i stick with ut2k4?

the DC server is cool? is it better invasion in ut2k4? or just another eye candy game redone?


(for the record im a fan of ut series (so probably in some point i would buy it ) however i can spend those dlls in other things more important.. thats why the question

If you have a machine that can run it properly, yes, it is worth it as the graphics and gameplay are fantastic. If you have to run UT3 at low levels on your pc, probably not. At a minimum, you need to be able to run UT3 at medium levels across the board.

UT2004 to UT3 is a much bigger jump in gameplay and graphics than the original UT to UT2004. See the posts and calculator on this subject at:

the game itself is great but it's new so has little in the way of mods as of yet
invasion & RPG are still works in progress so..

my only beef so far seems to be the lack of players online so far ,so I keep coming back here to play anyway

Are you guys playing invasion-RPG? If so, what do the monster look like? When I last played several months ago, the early monsters were very plain-skeletons, skulls and skarjj.

there are some new models of rabbits/rats that are being used as well as skulls kinda cool
pretty sure the models are posted at skin city
