the new roof sent looks awesome

It may be due to a missing texture file. I am checking with Druid.

Not to mention the invisible metal titans! Yeah! We actually got to level 15 in hardcore! Basically, I think all the newer monsters are invisible (even on radar). Sents and rods take them out though. Here is my take on the new build:

Bugs or may be bugs:
- My shield boosting speed is slooooooow. Really slow.
- I don't have shield blast artifact
- I don't think I am getting XP for shield boosting
- First time I pressed F1 I saw Zneer's sent among other players and its score (as if the sent was a player). This only happened to me once, next time I checked it was all normal. I think I might have just joined in the first case and was "OUT" at the time. Not sure on that.*

I also just got my stats reset (thans folks!), so it may have something to do with that, although I think I bought all the necessary skills for the above. Here are my new skills:

The neat stuff:
- Engineer awareness bar makes perfect sense now. Thank you!
- Engineer artifact icons much improved, a lot easier to distinguish between different types.
- Sents rotate and incline/decline as they should! Neat!
- Ceiling sents! Ceiling sents! Did I mention ceiling sents? And they look mega cool. I like how the normal ceiling one folds in/out. Just have to watch you don't spawn them too high, otherwise you can't link them.

The following holds only for normal or ceiling normal sents:
- Love the names on the sents, so eveybody knows whos junk is that (inluding me, I sometimes forget which sent is mine)
- Fantastic idea on the "Wonko's sent is OUT" announcement. I don't have to check it all the time now.

*Update
It happened again, twice. So 3 times alltogether. I managed to grab a screenshot and also found out when it happens. It happens imediately after another person joins. The first time it was me who joined, the second and third time were two other players. It goes away after a few seconds...

There have been other intermittent reports of this occurring in the previous version. See if it is always like this, or just occasionally. I went on earlier and mine was healing at the normal fast rate, but I didn't check for xp.
Looking at the code, when it loads the shieldhealing ability, it finds your engineer's link, modifies the sheild healing values on it according to your level, then gives you the shield blast artifact. However, if it doesn't find the Engineer's Link, it exits. This may occur if it processes the ShieldHealing ability before the LoadedEngineer ability.
So, if you haven't got the shieldblast, it looks like it will always be slow (1/sec), and you will not get xp. I wonder if this is related to the order in which the abilities are bought?
I will change the code to make it work.

I have never seen this before. Sentinel's (and pets) do share some player like settings in order to give you the xp. Let's keep an eye on it. I wonder if one will get on the high score table?

That might be the case. Before my stats were reset I bough 1st lvl loaded engineer well before shield healing (It makes sense, why would you buy shield healing before loaded engineer lvl1?). After the reset I first bought all 3 levels of shield healing, than the loaded eng, I am sure of it.

It was always like this (played at least 4 maps today, restarted UT too, still there).

As for the sents, well, as you see in my pictures, mine always scored zero. :]

Thought wonko i see ur sents score is 0.....does this mean it only..appears in the score boards btu the score is still attached to urs...or cus its just wave one? (Ps that amp is crazy..msut be even crazier with invi monsters..:Shock:

Although if you were to go on the map DM-waisten_fix youd be able to survive....ceiling sent if it fits in top of vent in there would be covering ur front..and have another ceiling sent form another engi covering the back (yip thats right..to win..--> hide..)

Also is the skill reset mandatory..or only if u req?...

Actually the named sents idea is good too......i always end up getting confused between the out of my sent...a pet..some1 else's sent.....so i sometimes try to 'spawn' another sent when mines not dead rlly..-_-*...wasted time..Although....that may be in direct relation to why they appear in the score boards

nope.

I don't understand why not. It looks like it is the DCMonsters texture file that is not loading, but I do not know why. Any errors in the log?

There were also an invisible titan and queen today on Seasons.

Szlat you will remember in game I was complaining(as usual) about the shield problem - I cant pinpoint it but it seems that after an engineer shield heals my character the shield either is not working( still over 100 shield even though health is almost completely depleted), or maybe just not registering?

It wasnt happening all the time but definitely something funny going on there.

Also the strangest thing being the gobs of points being put up by the new sentinels

Oh yeah and I think my adrenal surge is broken, could be just my imagination though

The symptoms seem to indicate that the version of DCMonsters in the satoreMonsterPack.ini is different to the version in ServerPackages. Druid, any chance you could check please?
As if you built a new DCMonsters and upped the version, put it in the system folder and in the satoremonsterpack.ini, but forgot to update ServerPackages. At least that is how I can duplicate it.

Invisible metal titans means that it is not the texture file, as they use a standard satore skin overlay. And the queen would have been the PoisonQueen.

If you have a shield > 100, any damage should first come off the shield, leaving health untouched. If your shield is <= 100, it gets complicated, and depends on if the system thinks you had a supershield or a normal shield, and how powerful the shot was.
Note that poison attacks bypass the shield.

texture file doesn't make sense to me (not an coding expert but)
they should still show up on the radar if it was just a texture problem correct ?
I had an ultima go off in a 'base' and it didn't blow everything up so thats working I'm sure the Engs appreciate that

Sry szlat cant help you on this one as it was invisible, dont know if it was shiny titan or not but I know it was on wave 14

It definitely was not a poison issue as it was wave 12 when it happened the second time, I still had well over 100 shield at the time that I died.
