holiday goodies

what did everyone get for christmas/hanukkah?

Not sure, still have 15 minutes here till Christmas.

well technically it's Christmas here... but not late enough in the morning

... but we have a tradition to open one gift on Christmas eve.... I ended up getting an awesome 17" flat screen LG monitor, it's quite awesome... should be fun to play UT on that from now on! Well, till the later AM.....

Nothing fancy..........a Clive/Dirk Cussler book "Treasure of Khan" autographed by the authors.

I got an FM modulator and lots of good movies

A jacket, ties and dance lessons.

(yes, you read correctly - my wife and I like to go dancing and we wanted to take lessons)

Which type of dance? Country (nah--not with a tie and jacket)--must be ballroom or classical dance.

I got some clothes, an iTunes gift card, lots of peaches (yum), and Battle for Middle Earth II.

well i got a sewing machine!! WOOT!!! been wanting those to make my own costumes, skirts and such! i also got Pirates: dead mans chest DVD and a lil jack sparrow action figure lol! wombat thought it would be funny to give me my own lil Jonny depp

and some other stuff

so yes im VERY happy with my haul this year!

Well, other than the monitor I got Guild Wars and Zelda!! Also some good books, it was a wonderful Christmas... mmmm now for some more pie...

The season 1 DVD set of Bones (yay!!) from Cham, his parents gave me the entire series (9 total) of Kathy Reichs' Tempe Brennan books, a roll up puzzle mat (my current puzzle is on two cardboard pieces taped together), a couple Depeche Mode CD's, clothes, lots of bath stuff (I must be smelly). My grandparents gave Cham and I a Quesadilla maker...can't wait to try it out! I love quesadillas! Christmas was a blast. Oh yeah, my mom gave me some Russell Stover coconut chocolates. Mmmm....

For my goodies, I got a new uber-nice Ski coat, some good books (Forever Odd, Celtic Mythology, Wars of Irish Kings), a fuzzy shirt, Irish Carbomb mixins, soxes and boxerseses, a knife, a bn.com giftcard, slippers, and my very own Star-belly'd Sneech, and the book!! He's awesome! And a bunch of other goodies. Anyway, yesh, a loverly xmas indeed! Hope everyone is fat & sassy!

Your right there brother! Got one for my son, with Zelda and call of duty 3, but couldn't find any extra handlers or the lan adapter (that one really made me mad, grrrrr) but all in all we had a great time! I got clothes, 50$ worth of b&n cards (which are already spent, thank you internet!), a 25$ lowes card (mmmmm, tools.....) and various other books and cool stuff. Excellent haul this year, but the best was watching the smiles on my wifes and sons faces when they opened their stuff, I love to spoil them both.
