Know any old players?

Greedo and Vasago forgot about them
at the beginning for me it was Ton and Brandi (maybe some other Medics not sure tho) keeping my alive and keeping me interested
definitely learned alot from Ton watching him finish waves
and from Brandi ,on how to be a good medic
It still amazes me to see my characters so high up in level with those names when I started I thought geeze no way I'll ever get that good
little did I realize skill needn't be involved

just time lots of time

Nobody finished waves better than Ton and few medics are better than either Brandi or Ton.

yes but brandi now play as a AM, before he was a medic, i didnt play with him however he must be really good

I've seen Brad bring out his med a couple of times- just not alot- he did his med to save us( me and other players not bots) in masarou-we played two more waves. The first wave we all died- he won. The next wave (w)/he has failed

What's the Karma on the profile page- I want it to be 5 stars like most of the other players

It is amazing how many of those of us who were playing on this server when Dru started it up, are no longer playing (or like myself, only play once in awhile). And so Dru & Shan decided to start a server, and what became DC was born.

Anyways, among the earliest of us was indeed Dru and Shan (of course), Dirty (yep, he was great, even over dialup), Biceps, bigbobz, chameleon, chankie, llachor, and stealthbob, with many of them being members of BEL clan at one time (which is why I remember them). Fire, Pyro and Wombat, Slayer and MandaPanda were there playing with us in the early years as well,, as DC was very quickly a very popular server. But it is really scary to look at the DC forum member list (the forums starting like a year after the server was created), to see how many have moved on. I know some have moved on to other games such as WoW, and others have vanished, while unfortunately a few others I will not name have been banished (moves I am not desputing... in some cases, it was just a matter of time). I was quite happy to see Dru and Shan return to activity a few months back, but it seems like we are dealing with like the 4th or 5th (or are we talking about the 10th or 12th) generation here on DC. Some of the folks who kept me coming back to DC still show from time to time (which includes folks like Sub, Ratar, and others). And thankfully, I have new friends. I just hope that I can get back to playing more regularly soon.

I know that I am going to have to go through some of the old screen shots, to see what I can find. While I was not as... OCD... about taking shots of the end game (which I do about 99.9% of the time), I know I have some great shots from back then. In the meantime, I will say that if you search for stuff I have put up on this server, you can find other sites with snapshots of that early history.

Well... busy day. But hopefully, I will be able to get on tonight (especially likely if I see folks like Sub or Pyro are on).
