An engineer feature I'd love to see

I think that the best way to deal with this is probably socially. The wall blocking the way works pretty well, as does a hellbender planted right in the way.

I tell you what tho, tell me who is doing it and I will not heal them for the map, I know it costs me XP but the social atmosphere on DC is important enough that......Oh heck, who Am I kidding, I almost never play when its busy anyway. just the same tho...

the whole turret stealing issue can be difficult to deal with
I tend to let lower level players use my turret if they want and just tell them when I need it back (or stop linking it), they learn pretty quickly to ask for another turret when it gets destroyed

I think this is the real reason for the toilet car.
Spawn a TC out in the battlefield and don't heal it.
The players that tend to steal turrets don't know any better and will usually run out to get in the TC...let the titans do the rest.
mini turrets may be good sacrificial turrets too.

Elite was pretty proficient at dropping blocks on one player who was destroying our bases...when we tried to kick vote him he seemed to change his name. He also seemed upset that I removed my turret with him in it and attempted to telefrag me.
