If you are changing the Engineer to the effect that they are going to get only one sent. and get their floor sent. at level 60 I do not see where Engineers are going to be dominating the scoring.

Ditto....I thought about thsi being perhaps instead of the single sent move...which i now realise is sorta not..but eh...we can only wait and see.

So, a fair amount of talking around it.

The only people who have stated explicity if they think there is a problem are:
me - I think there is a problem
Grizzled - no problem
with most people in a middle ground.

So, unless I get lots more feedback saying it is a problem, there will be no change.

Oh...my clearer answer is: Not covering 2 grounds is bad but covering 3 maybe cus then theres much less area for non engis to get their kills....

Sorry, I am a bit slow sometimes.
Not covering 2 grounds is bad 
...means you want engineers to be able to cover 2 grounds?
covering 3 maybe 
...but you are not sure if 3 grounds is ok? Since Engineers will only be able to have one offensive sentinel in the future, this is not an issue I am looking at for DC.

That adds Wonko to the no problem list.

I think the trouble you have surviving as engineer makes it OK that we can kill at 2 places (cmon, you can stand still with lvl100 WM and flak around a bit and survive all sub 12 waves short of wave 6 and one avril shot basically heals you full). And at least WMs can do similar with mines.

It means my brain is tired..lol.MEANT to say covering 2 grounds (areas rather) is not bad....
And yeah Exactly engis not having 2 sents will significantly reduce the score I think

besides engis need to be able to sudo-survive in ealier waves without sent...scout out areas for new bases..move base and such....

It seams the issue is that the sents are spread across the map so no matter where you go theres sents taking kills(so its like an engineer can be in 3 places at once) so instead of keeping the engineers close to the sents find a way to encourage engineers to build sents close together(so they dont cover the whole map)

to many sents ALL over the map
I still believe eng scores are out of wack in comparison with other classes ;as in lower level eng can outscore other classes of a much higher level regularly
(short of the 200+ level players but thats how it should be)
camping has already become an issue IMHO , not that I blame them they want to stay alive too

How about limiting the amount of "ammo" a sentinel has. Instead of inifinitey ammo, the engineer needs to "reload" the sentinel.

True, but you have to keep in mind that other changes that will set us back considerably are alredy to be made. You will see less sentinels after those changes kick in too.

I agree. If I was thinking of making changes I'd want something that would promote less camping, not more.

Wonkos right..the changes of:
a) increasing loaded engineer needed for certain sents (I need to get to that lvv quick or death for me in last waves..o.0..)
b) limiting to one sents per engi will significantly reduce it I belive

Camping wise..eeh...well if you define camping as staying in one area for an entire game..yeah I must say I camp..but thats cus on some maps if I move to much ..the Players who come to me for shields or health dont know where I am....
Also in the waves after 6 and up..prolly starting at 10..I have to stay near the base or I will certainly die.../ my base will die (creating my catch phrase: "Death Funnel!!")
