Yeah I just noticed that the match must not have been over. Strange though cause I remember just having the time to snap these shots before the map switched. Oh well hopefully it still counts :-?

Nope. You're good, very good. But you suffer from the same problem I have, but not as much. You always try to reach for that one last kill and sometimes they get ya. I'm not saying that the ones ranked above you are any better, but most of them do have levels on you, which means higher skill levels. I feel that every single of the 14 players that I listed is capable of putting up a 4000+ point game. And those players not listed, I'm sorry if you feel that you should be listed. One of the things I noticed is that it will be extremely hard for anyone to attain that score if there are other high level players on at the same time. The 4000+ score will most likely happen with one high level player playing with several 10-25 level players on a map that fits the playing style of the dominant player.

Ok now I can see it.. In unrelated news the players with over 2 mil xp (2 000 000) has increased by 4 players: Flak_Monkey {DC}ShanTheSmith {DC}TheDruidBanfiz shimmyNshake Proof (there are also 3 players over the 4 million line..one nearing it....Wanna make a new high score goal?)

That is a nice score, however I do have to agree with Micron that it should probably have its own catagory. I know that all my high scores have been individual efforts, there is of coure an element of team play in that when ever i am not left alone on a level the monsters do stay at a lower level, but i dont get any direct help. I dont get my weapons maxed and medics are always asking me to stand still becuase I dont use medics with my weapons master. But still it is a very nice score and excellent team work. 

I think the proof that the need for a separate category exists solely in the fact that a medic has never made the top ten before, considering how skilled some of the medic players are. Perhaps the category could be turret/vehicle related( it seems to be a seperate contest anyway), just a thought. I know for sure that my high score was an individual effort as I spawned with a P6 flak, and if you check the screenies I dont think there is a medic playing........

I think a better question would be "how would you prove non-engineer assisted" scores. We have always considered the current high scores to be aided by weapon maxing and medical assistance.  

So, if I'm reading the responses correctly, the deciding factor will be based on class. Adrenaline masters and weapons masters submit scores to the existing table, while medics and engineers submit to the new score table. If this is what everyone is agreeing to, I can start a new table in the second post of the thread.

Here is my suggestion. The scoreboard is based on trust allredy (cmon, it would took 3 minutes to fake a record in PS) and with the kind of people on DC you can easily afford that trust. So, make another table (wtih 3 to 5 places max) called teamplay table with a description: highest score with apparent help of others, based mainly on other players linking you. You let the players decide which scoreboard are they applying to. While the owner of the teamplay record is the highscorer, I'd mention the players that helped him in small font too. Basically you are rellying on common sense of a player to apply for the right record, but I believe that it would work on this server. 

....If the high score is based on the usage of the standard weapons (regular or magic) available to all players via abilities, pickup, or modified by the MWM, the score should be posted on the old score table. This will allow all classes to post on the old table. 

You're right....I took the total scores!!!! And Painkill was on the older one too!!!! Maybe having ZZZ and Painkill on at the same time is telling us something. 

I'm not sure, On the record board the highscore is the combined 1k players score 7250. Our combined 1k players score is 7343. I think that might mean we have it.

Let's see, 4 hours per day average times 365 days times 3 years equals 4,380 hours or more.

Nice agressive play Fodder. I think it is rare to see such high PPH. I hate to say it, but I was on a map with Elite (junkie) a month or so ago and only saw his PPH drop below 9999 (pegged out) once. I think we all died on 15, but his score was already over 4k.

Elite is what we call "an anomaly". His scores are always high and shouldn't be compared to mortal scores. 

can we make a table? because right know i dont know the high scores and records, and everyone is posting highscores in dc, in the personal high scores.. i really think we should do a clean data, deleting posts, and just leaving those high scores.
