Suggestions on resources for learning how to mod UT2004RPG?

I want to take my own spin on things, but am not entirely sure where I can learn best to be the next DruidPaw

I'm not a complete newbie to coding, as i have Comp Sci I under my belt (and quite a bit of Visual Basic, but that doesnt count

)... but I *am* a complete newbie to coding in UT

Well, me being an impatient kinda guy, i cracked out Bloodshed Dev-C++, and have gone about hacking my way through the various classes of ut2004rpg... but, now im getting an odd error on recompilation. What site is good for these kinda issues? ask here because you all seem very knowledgeable about this kinda stuff.

If you bought the DVD version of Unreal, it came with a tutorial on UnrealScript. I'm not gonna vouch for it because I haven't watched it myself, but it is there.
