Im as smooth as can be, in more way then one! I have many diguises to choose from. The ladies want me, though i satisfy many. I make you smile and beg for more with just one innocent kiss. What am i?

okay, if the answer is really chocolate, and i fear it is I move to strike that riddle from the group on the grounds that it is not always true . And chocolate? A riddle about chocolate? Ughh. Good riddle though.
