Place your bets! Is it going to be a good addition in the series? How do you feel 2 and 3 held up to the first?

I liked the first two movies a lot. The third was a bit "meh".

Dunno about the 4th. I have heard they've signed off on 5 and 6 as well. Not sure how much more mileage they can get out of the franchise.

Geoffrey Rush and Bill Nighy are two of my favorite actors. The casting has been wonderful for the movies thus far. Loved the cameo by Keith Richards.

I do think they could dial back the length of the films a bit.

Overall they have all been entertaining, and in the end, isn't that what counts?

I agree.

I agree as well. I'm not too critical about movies unless they do a gross error ( like silencers on revolvers or Pentium Pro proc in a laptop).

well a silencer on a revolver does work to a small degree but if they would only do accurate sound bits from them! It does "suppress" the sound some but the itty bitty things they use to get the almost no sound zip noise is a freaking joke! but the draping of a wet towel over the hand and weapon does make it more effective and I have seen that in movies, just nice to see a little realism in the special effects department is nice!

sorry I'm a bit of a nut about it and yet I love SciFi go figure!
