Moving!!!!

Another update on the Barfield family.....We'll be moving from our one level apartment with only one bedroom to a whole house with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Would you believe they had to remodel the house with new bathrooms, carpeting, Blinds, Oven, Burners, and much more due to the lack of the previous tenant not calling in any damages. The damages also include lots of mold in the basement and in the restroom(Eeewwww who puts carpet in the restroom/shower area) ON a sad note the previous tenant died which is how we found it along with the connection I have with the Head of Facilities(He's my dad). So rent is 525 and we have to pay all utilities. That's almost like owning your own house. lol Our rent in the one bedroom apartment we have now is 525 but we only pay electricity.

coolies! make sure you get all the mold killed off and removed before the baby gets there! it can cause big problems for them! there is some stuff called X-14 mold and mildew remover in a pump spray bottle that is some good stuff for mold and mildew just use it in a well ventilated area! or have a fan sucking the fumes out a window it'll choke you up! I hade to use the stuff because of the teenage step kids never opened the bathroom window when they took their steam bath showers and had mold growing on the walls up at the ceiling area. I could not scrub the stuff off due to textured walls ..bought this stuff sprayed it on and a few days later it was gone, but almost hacked a lung out spraying the stuff lol. make sure that the sub floor is completely de-molded before new carpet is laid. sorry if I may be going overboard a bit but I'm only concerned for your child to be.

there was flood in the Chicago area about 15 yrs ago and later that yr they started to have very young kids and some very old folk turn up with bad lung probs and they was a spread around town, thats how the found out about the mold on sheet rock and such screw'n your lungs up.
