Well, the new card works, but it didn't cure the problem. Evidently when the card went and continued to be faulty all this time, it has damaged something on the Mobo or other part of the system as I still get in game crashes, and the system reboots when it does a system idle scan after 10 mins of idle. So, I'm still in the same boat and now poorer from the card purchase. So now I have a generally faulty system that I cannot fix.
My current skin After several other skins, I have reverted back to Bender.

i have a 800mhz system you can have





probly be faster than what ya got! and it dont crash!
I may be getting old and falling apart but I can sure can raise Hell and have fun doing it!

unlike our "friends" above I'm sorry to hear about your new problems Flak , but if Dom can out CPU you you are in trouble

Not a CPU issue... still runnin at 3.0 Ghz. No problems there.

I went looking to see what my board is selling for... Everyone is still asking top dollar as if it was built last month. The thing is 6 years old and 3 gen procs ago. They be lucky to get $75, but they all start at 175 to 245 or so. Crazy!
