Ok, so I was reading through the booklet and can someone explain what a mod is? Thanks in advance.

A mod is a modification to the actual game. The DC server runs a mod for the game called Druids RPG. this is the wonderful piece of code that allows us to level and have magic weapons.

There is a huge community for UT so there are tons of mods. For myself though, this is the only server I play UT on.

Think i can define a little more in detail (sue me, i am at work and have nothing better to do =)). Anywaye a mod is of course short for modification. Its basically some form of programming that takes the software used to create UT2004 as you know it into another concept. Sometimes it greatly resembles the original, example would be Druids RPG, Jail Break, etc, and sometimes it creates a whole new style of game: examples being Red Orchestra, Alien Swarm, etc. Alot of the times these kind of mods can completely change the way you are use to seeing UT run and played. You get to play these mods by downloading them, usually from the mod creaters website or some other third party site that supplies UT mods. Hopefully that answers your question in detail. low lvls ..get regen first .. and dmg bonus and weapon speed..
and life!! ..

after those are maxed ..go for loaded weapons ..
need 50 points in max ammo bonus ,,and resupply ..
once u have resupply u can buy loaded weapons.which will give u all weapons when u spawn .. after u have loaded 2 ..work on vamparism ..and quickfoot.. <shrugs after that youll have a idea as to what u need to better yourself..

Here's more! Last night I played and got my score into the triple digits! I know all of you are think, "Psh, *I'M* in the quads!" Well, it's my own personal best. Yay! I'm not bragging, just extra excited.

And here I'm just varifying. Weapon speed is how fast the wepaon shoots, right? So a flak is slower than the mini...weapon speed will make it shoot quicker?

teeheehee instagib is much fun! Its only one gun and one hit will kill you! So its fast but fun...is it considered sadistic to giggle everytime your hear that 'pop'ing sound?!
