Alright gang so here is the deal I've been trying to work out a good computer for gaming and demon has been helping tremendously. I checked around and found that maybe I should customize. So here it is:
Hard Drive: 1TB 3G SATA II Hard Drive
Memory: 3GB DDR2 PC6400 800MHZ Memory (2GB x 1, 1GB x 1)
CD/DVD Drives: 22X DVDRW SATA Drive
Video / Graphics Cards: ATI Radeon HD4650 1GB PCIe (1DVI / 1VGA / 1HDMI)
Software: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
Computer Cases: SYX Mini-Tower mATX Chassis
Motherboards: MSI G41M4-F mATX Motherboard with HD Audio
Accessories: SYX Venture H421
Power Supplies: 350 Watt 80 PLUS Power Supply
Processors: Intel Pentium Dual Core E5400 2.7 2M Processor
Software: Microsoft Security Essentials
What do you all think of for this as a gaming computer?
P.S.
Just wondering but what is all that 1 DVI/1VGA/1HDMI supposed to mean?

Can take the cold, can take the heat, and can't be beat.

Fire,

Perhaps you need to read my post on building your own computer:

lol dvi is digital video interface , vga is prolly what your use'n now for monitor hook up and hdmi is hi def medi interface i e the 720p and up resolutions for the flat screen tv's...so if ya got 1 of them tv's with a hdmi jack on it jack comp to it and play UT!!!

now are you stuck at the 3 gig mem?? 64 bit O S can see and use 4 gig and up! some boards say they support 16 and even 32 gig mem with a 64 bit OS

so if you can afford it add more ram

also a mid tower will give you more working space for habds to put it together and more airflow for cooling than a mini has. and a larger power supply if you build a system with a just big enough or too small you'll tax the unit and burn it out and make it use more electricty than if you get a larger one with less chance to over load and burn out.

and most of the larger better power supplies have built surge and other safty's to protect the system than a 350 or less one does...( I been check'n spec's)

I may be getting old and falling apart but I can sure can raise Hell and have fun doing it!

Active power factor correction (pfc) makes a big difference in efficiency and reliability. One way you can tell if you power supply has active pfc is that it should not have a voltage selector switch (120v/240v.)

Active pfc controls the power factor of the power supply to minimize the reactive power (energy that gets transfered but is not converted to anything useful)
Passive pfc uses fixed value capacitors and inductors to try and achieve a similar effect, but cannot compensate for load changes.

Usually a pfc power supply can draw between 15 to 40 watts with no loads attached, while an active pfc power supply usually draws under 3 watts.

Generally active pfc power supplies will use higher quality parts, and can take more abuse from the power company (brownouts, spikes...etc), but nothing beats having a UPS (battery backup)

Also, 32 bit operating systems can utilize more than 4g of memory by using PAE. Apparently thought, this ability is still disabled in most 32 bit versions of windows.

Have you tried duct tape?

What is limiting you? What type of memory does it use? How many memory slots do you have?
