i was thinking, how much adren per sec cost this artifact

Sphere of Invulnerability
Sphere of Double Damage
Remote Damage artifact
Remote Invulnerability artifact
Remote Max Modifier artifact

and last, how much exp is awarded?

the exp and cost is right? i dont think so.. at least i know invulnerability sphere needs 75 adren to start, and 50 or 45 adren with damage sphere

the other artifacts that i mencioned before cost the same? do they give the same exp?

My fault. They were updated in the latest release as documented in this thread, and I forgot to update the wiki. Wiki is now updated.
