This map is a remake of the SNES Zelda level, and translates the 2D layout quite well. It's large, and consists of the castle exterior, interior, and dungeon.

I recently updated this level, giving it a more atmospheric look, and completely redoing the lighting. I also added in Zelda sound on all the pickups, improved pathing (so the level plays better), another set of teleports so you can quickly traverse the level, relaid out the weapons, including adding the frustratingly missing flak cannon. I don't have it posted on any websites currently, but ask me via pm and I'll send it to you.

so having this new ver of it thats what we will play or will it conflict with the server ver?
I may be getting old and falling apart but I can sure can raise Hell and have fun doing it!

i'd assume we should remove the old version from map list and add this one instead. i always hated running around tried to find a secret entrance to wherever flak was. never did find it =(

UT2004 checks the client (your version) and the server version to be sure they match. If they don't you won't be able to connect to the server. That would only happen if you downloaded the new version but kept the original name (DM-HyruleCastle.)

This is a new version of the map saved with a new name. To play my new version on this server, the admins would have to upload it to the server.

If this version does get added, I request that the old version be removed.
