Engineer Armor Vamp Reset?

It seems that the armor vamparism for the engineers were reset today causing a drawback in stat points for all the engineers who had purchased this skill. Some engineers got more points back depending on the level of the vamparism they had... is there a reason for this?

Because I blindly put all those points (350 total) into other skills unknowing of what had just occurred. Thats 60 levels of hard work, i know i should of checked my list to see if there was something missing. But I just want to know is there a specific reason for it?

Strange. I just connected as my engineer and it still had Armor Vamp level 3, and I didn't have any extra points.
So, I have no idea. One of the Admins may be able to help - otherwise you need Druid or Shan to sort it.

Have other engineers experienced the same?

Well actually I believe it also happened to Cazius because he was the one that pointed it out to me when it was too late, after I had used up all those points. And I am not sure about Roadwork or Rapier...
