Thank you IRS for an interesting idea for a server mod for next Apr 15th...

After 6 hours of being on the phone with the IRS the past two days (most of it on hold), it occured to me that there would be a perfect theme for Apr 15, just like the themes for Christmas, Halloween, and such. But instead of affecting the players, it should affect the monsters, and would be a good way to work off frustrations without going postal. Instead of having warlords, nali and the alike, there should be at least one monster, using say the Agent Smith skin. It could be a nali, but given the nature of the IRS... perhaps it should be one of the higher end monsters.
