Mystics Buisness idea's

Heya folks .,.im looking to start up a buisness of somesort, i have 8,000 to invest in a loan,i looked into doable projects,and one struck me,,
A multiplex of things..

1. roller rink optic flooring to display any surface,Dj, lights,old/new skates and bring your own

2. ice rink that shares the lghts and dj of the roller rink.

3. eatery/diner simple menu-vegan friendly<fast as possible food but good>

4. small arcade,20 games or whatever we can afford/get

5. one screen theater or 3 mini screen theaters,,

all in one, with a loan and some partners this is doable..im sure we can tweak or add/subtract ideas ,maybe add them as the buisness grows,however,,IM GOING TO DO THIS LOL,or something similar, and even thoe the economy is unstable, its the best time to start up or look for a loan for an american buisness that targets every gender/age and gives them good memorys and smiles all in one place. keeps the people in check..and stabalizes that community,the banks know this ..so do i ..lol so does anyone want to possibly be partners-co partners or investers?

id only hire a female dj. why? woman know what woman want and like. hire a Female DJ and the ladies will come just for the music,and where thiers ladies .theres gonna be dudes.. lol

But what if the dudes don't like the music?

For each idea, how much competition would you have?
For the arcade, will there be UT2k4 with the Druids mod?
The problem with arcades is that they get a false sense of success. Every now and then a Pizza/arcade place will open up, and will be packed for the first couple of months. But they rarely are able to keep up with maintaining the games. After a while all of the games will have a broken button, joystick, wheel...etc, and people suddenly loose interest, or go to the next new arcade.
I think Dave and busters had a good system...each game had a trouble button on it so that the game can be logged and repaired. Other places seem to rather give your money back than fix the machine.

As a kid, we had a skating rink in our neighborhood. We went there almost every week. It had a mini arcade in it too.
You could do a combo of all:
A roller rink with patches of ice for some interesting chaos
mini diner
small arcade, with a mini theater that plays some of the older released movies (like a $1 theater)

its is a all in one idea,

the arcade idea is a small arcade with specific games for those who are better at gameing then skateing.,nothing fancy just a few games for the ones who want to play them.the star of the buisness would be the skate and ice skate rink.

as for the female dj..doesnt matter what the dudes want lmao. not to sound unfair but as a guy. i know where the ladies are the guys will follow.regardless of the surrounding music.

but yeah i know competition is key, id open in a prime location if i can,. anywhere near schools is great, or places where thier isnt much to do.
i know its tuff ,i know it wont be easy,i also know if i stick with it i can acomplish my goal.
