Worst & Best Case Scenarios

I thought it would be interesting to hear about your worst case times and your best case times. Like when you shoot a deemer through a door and a titan comes in front, hits the deemer, and kills you. Kind of a strange thread but I thought it would be fun. Here is one of mine:

Sometimes when I see a nali running to me, I whip out my lightning gun, aim for the head, then at that exact moment, another monster kills the nali in the crossfire!

all really nice magic weapons on my junkie, I fire a deemer, which hits a random bug that JUST gets in view and I suiside
