How about using the Weapons of Power or WOP on the server? Give it a chance because this RPG addon is one of the best that I have seen in all of Unreal World. Here is the WOP Homepage:

IIRC Druid has said that the weapons are already powerful enough - we don't need to add additional powers to the weapons used.

I used the WOP mod a long time ago...It really wasn't very compatible with druids.
A power weap with a magical artifact didn't act the same as the druid equivalent.
The mod does alot more than just add the power weps. It changes the radar, the inventory hud...the physics of artifacts...etc
I also think it had its share of bugs also.
Also it would take away from many class strengths...everyone would be making infinite piercing poison vamp weps.
EDIT: It also adds ghost and revive artifacts, which might interfere DC's gameplay even more.
