It says downloading 'DCMonstersStaticMesh' is not allowed. i just got vista and far cry 2 so havent had the time to get ut.

What is saying "downloading 'DCMonstersStaticMesh' is not allowed"?
Is it vista or UT2004? What is the exact wording?
can you search your UT2004 folder and subfolders for DCMonstersStaticMesh.usx

If you find it, you need to delete it.
If you dont find it, you should clear out your cache folder (erase everything in the UT2004/Cache folder.
