I need help please.

Every time I join any Invasion server my ut04 shuts down an this pops up-

I do not know what to do I have tried unistalling it an re installing it but nothing works. Please someone help.

is your ut2004 completely updated (v3369 )
what OS are you using
does this just happen online, with invasion or other types as well

Judging by the build date, you are using the latest version, but I could be wrong.
When you reinstall did you completely remove the ut2004 folder prior to reinstalling.
If not, try clearing the cache. (erase everything in ut2004/cache)
Have you tried to install any mods.
Has it every worked before?

i got it to work by deleting a couple of files in the system thank you all for your help.
