Can anyone make a grinch skin I was thinking something like this. Or does anyone know where I can download one?

Problem is, that is copyrighted material by the Dr. Suess estate, thus no one will attempt to make a skin using that material.

actually demon it usually doesn't stop most of us

I'm currently occupied and will be for a while (see my Cylon thread) so am unavailable do any requests myself.
as Modelling characters from scratch is fairly difficult and very time consuming , you may want to see if you can find one that's already made maybe even for a different game as it may be convertible to UT2004.

I could do up a simple version of the Grinch for you but it won't be for a while as I get little enough time to work on my current project.
