Just curious as to whether or not any of you know or have any idea as to what the chances are for the different types of magic weapons... (i.e. vorpal, infinity, etc.) when using a magic weapon maker?

Its bases off what Druid has set in the Ini for Chance Values of each weapon type.

From Druid200 file.

This are prob not what the current ones are for the server seeing as it is the old public release version. But can use it for an example.

Add up all the Chance Values.
Total Values = 35

Each weapon has thier chance value in the total Value.

Posion = 3 in 35 chance (8.6%)
Vorpal = 1 in 35 chance (2.9%)

Chance Value %'s
1= 2.9%
2= 5.7%
3= 8.6%
4= 11.4%
5= 14.3%


Unless the values are released, the actual ones for the server are unknown.

And I believe thats how it works anyway.

wow, that's awesome thanks! Where do I find that to alter in my own server? (when LANing with friends, etc.) Is it in the UT2004RPG .ini file?
