This are prob not what the current ones are for the server seeing as it is the old public release version. But can use it for an example.
Add up all the Chance Values.
Total Values = 35
Each weapon has thier chance value in the total Value.
Posion = 3 in 35 chance (8.6%)
Vorpal = 1 in 35 chance (2.9%)
Chance Value %'s
1= 2.9%
2= 5.7%
3= 8.6%
4= 11.4%
5= 14.3%
Unless the values are released, the actual ones for the server are unknown.
And I believe thats how it works anyway.
