Hatter/paradoxx skin and a little petition

hey guys..
i just change my uni and i wont be using forcing skins anymore [well i bind it] . so no more gorge no more rylssa. lucky me i had to start downloading all your skins ( thanks fro for the pac and road u guys made my live a little bit easier, (greg i know my english is not perfect however i didnt get the post of the skin tracker. what does it do? how is that usefull to me [<---sounds really bad that , however i didnt know how to use more polite english there])

now i moved on and now im using a Neo skin.

If you are online and another player is using a skin that you can't see it tells you what skin they are using so you can download it.
It isn't anything fancy, There are some people who don't post their skins.
The only thing is that I have to update it on a regular basis.
