Looks cool.
I would love to see a taunt from Dr. Z where his mouth tentacles move around.

What do you use for your modeling?

unfortunalty I have no animating experience yet cause there are some cool taunts that could be done.

as for Programs I use Max for modelling, photoshop and upaint for a quick view



basically done but need to reduce poly count a little still as cuts into face in game
