some LW questions

well first of all im Paradoxx (but for sum weird reason i didnt get the DC confirmation mail.....)

now im in a middle of two paths...
1) i save points from 40 to 55 and buy all LW
2) i take it slowly and use those points in somthing else so i can boost my scores and make it easier later..

thats my stats ( i didnt want regen but i pick it by mistake)
(saved 14 points from lvl 40-42)
now what should i do?
what should i aim for

(yes i have read the so you want to be a lw.. but i think i need more help)

Firstly, I think you are doing ok so far. Even the regen is useful - in a map it could give you 1800 health. Especially useful if you often play when there are not many medics on.

Everyone will give a different reply to what to buy next - but what to choose will depend on your playing style. So the key question is when you are playing, what do you miss most? Do you feel you are not doing damage fast enough, or you miss really good weapons or fed up with negative ones, or once you get low on health is it only a short time until you die?

Personally, I do not think LW5 is crucial at this level. I think you may be better off getting at least resupply 1. There is no use having a great magical weapon if you have no ammo for it. Lots of maps do not have all weapons, so you cannot always pick up ammo for the weapons you have.

If you have 14 points now, and another 13 levels to lvl 55, that gives you 14 + (7*13) = 105 points.
So, in your case I would

up ammo bonus to 50, spending 19 points.

Buy resupply 1 for 15 points

up weapon speed to 50. Get the killing shot in before the monster shoots. 13 points

At lvl 55 buy LW3 and 4, for 45 points

That leaves you 13 points. You could save that towards LW5 if you are still keen for it. I think you might survive longer though by putting it on Health. No point having great weapons if you are dead.

I agree with Szlat for the most part, I think your priority should be:

1. Ammo to 50, then level 1 resupply
2. Weapon speed up to 50, also boost damage bonus up to 80 (the more damage you do, the more xp you get)
3. level 2 resupply
4. Buy loaded weapons 3 and 4
5. Boost your health up to 200 and buy more vampirism (regen is good too)

Level 5 loaded weapons is a luxury and not a necessity at lower levels. You still get a fair number of positive magic weapons with level 4. Besides, there are usually adrenaline masters on who can help you fix a couple negatives.

Yep, gotta go with the two above-

buy in order:

health--once maxed, you can be healed to 450
resupply--gotta have if you use berserk/max weapon speed at all
damage reduction--helps save health
get level 3 wm at a minimum-again, agree with Szlat and Echo that level 5 is a luxury that you can buy later.

Then, concentrate on buying ghost 3. This will get you out of more bad situations than anything else plus you start with your normal health.

Once you have maxed the abilities (wep speed/health/damage/etc), then start building up the other items you are interested in.

once i have that i will start putting points in health, and in damage reduction (5 in health 2 in damage reduction ....)

(i was tempting to pick awerness but im still thinking there are other things mre important, right now main goal ( besides not catching big rocks) is keep me alive

Save the lw5 til later and use those points to pick up some other mundane abilities that might make the difference between living and dying, such as speedfoot/etc. As mentioned earlier, lw4 is where you get all magic weapons and those that are negative, there's usually a la on to help convert.

I went from LW3 directly to LW5 (not intentionally but it worked out for me since I didn't want negative weapons anyway). What did it for me was to max weapon speed, ammo and damage bonus - then get resupply. Faster shooting, maximum damage, lots of ammo and switch to another weapon if I run out - but never out of everything.

I like the idea of finding out what you miss most and aim for it
that's what I did maxing your stats is always a good idea too (damage bonus, wep speed, health , ammo bonus)
