Problems...
I've asked Fro about this before, but his solution was to double click the .ut4mod and the "install thingy" would pop up.

My problem no "install thingy" pops up, only a window that exclaims "Windows can not open this file:".

Anyone have any ideas, advice, or solutions?

there is a program called Umod tool which can open .ut4mod files like a winzip or rar file
you then extract the files to the proper place

no problem I had the same problem for some reason the .mod files don't register so had to search for a while
