mega blast

idea to improve mega blast. have it do the same type of damage that your weapon is that your holding like null , piecing,enrgy ,knockback ect.

But there is already a freezing artifact, a poison artifact, a repulsion artifact, Maybe for damage types and vamp but for a null/freezing/poison/knockback would be redundant...
Also vorpals would need exclusion...

Mega blast does very little damage unless the enemies are packed together very close, the adrenaline charged for this artifact seems high, however its use during a particular wave is not limited, giving it a large advantage. I personally have used mega blast three times consecutively, the amount of kills I was getting was giving me enough adren to use it again and again etc. The blast damage or damage range could be improved. Its kinda like a weak deemer but it can be used over and over.
I think we would all agree LA players do enough damage without improving the weapons they have.

what waves do u use mega blast on cause i havnt found a use for it. I usally use triple and blot but your much higher and more expenced player then I.

I seem to remember having the most success in wave 12 and 16 when the enemies are packed together tightly. Warlords love to travel in packs.
The other really nice thing about mega blast is its 100 percent detonation.
As soon as you hit that button its going to mega blast. There is no chance of getting "DENIED!" because it is not a projectile, and you dont need to wait for it to lock on(Ion painter) either. I know considering how long it takes to accumulate 200 adren to use mega may seem like a lot when you are a low level AM but once you start rolling as a higher level its much easier.

I really like to use mega blast when Engineers have a wall structure built so all the enemies are huddled around the other side of the wall.

Poison and freeze blasts really are wasted adrenaline IMO.

Speak for yourself Micron I personally cant wait till I can use Freezing more often (but thats so I can run away..>_>../ ultima stuff)
