Not picking weapons, is it possible?

I like to throw away my rocket launcher, grenade launcher, lighting gun and bio rifle at the start of the game. Is it possible to configure it somehow that I don't pick up those weapons when I walk over them (like something I can put in my user.ini)? I like to have flak next to AVRIL and mines next to shock to quickly switch between those (mouse scroll + some keybinds), but than I accidently pick up a bio or rocket and it messes things up.

Another thing (if the above is not doable), is it possible to change the order of weapons (so that I can put RL, GL, bio and lighting gun at the end)?

In the settings menu somewhere is the screen to see weapons, go there and I do bellieve you can set where your weapons are on the list by priority. (I would test it out, but I'm at work

Yes I know that, but that just changes the priority (when you are out of amo on one weapon it switches to the next priority etc.), not the order of weapons when you scroll through them. I'd like to have AVRIL "one scroll" away from flak and shock "one scroll" away from mines. I do that now buy throwing away the RL and bio.

I also throw away bio, GL and lighting gun because I have flak, mines and sniper keybinded and if I accidently double press the bind it throws me off...

I've tried that and it works when you are playing on instant action, but not on the server.
