If I might suggest sticking to 1 skin/model as some people don't download(not enough space) multiple 'unused' skins as for me I got lots of space

Well that does look like a good, long list of skins (never did see anyone with the tail-less version of Miko though) but yeah, put it in a pack if you can. I'll try to track down a few others that some of out new members use if you're willing to zip and post them.

Ok, we've got a new plan for the skin packs. Let's put it into action then. Does Fro still have his skin packs up on FF?
But Yeah, Road's right. A lot of unused skins equals a lot of space taken up for the files. I mean, I've got a lot of files and my UT04 folder is about 12.8 gigs! I really need to clean it out...

Should I include only my favorites and so to bring the number of files and space needed down?

I'd say more of the new skins that people use. A lot of us still use the older skins we know and love (me and Miko), so just some of the new skins or the newer versions of the old skins. I.E. There's now a Miko v3 skin out that gives her a shirt (still no pants for the vixen) and makes her a little more PG standard rather than the pg13 one I use now.

Thanks for those skins dommi. I've been looking for a skin that I like for a while. I like the dwarves pack you posted and will be using that one as my skin.
