Where's Dru & Shan part deauz

So, we're still awful silent on the server and forums, and whatnot. Believe me, it's not that we don't care; so what's been going on!?

Shantara passed her mega 10 day long, 16 hours a day, doctoral qualification exam. Sadly, I couldn't even offer her any help on it, but she blasted through it, and passed with flying colors.

Immediately following the mega test she had to prepare and take an oral examination where she wrote up a case study and presented it to a colloquium of professors. Similarly, she passed this exam.

Following on the tails of that adventure, she also had to write up and propose her Doctoral Dissertation to another colloquium of professors. Passed with flying colors!

If that wasn't enough, she then had to promptly prepare for her internship applications, the last of which was due this month. She applied to 15 internship sites. The internship application process involves a 30 or so page application documenting all her experience up to this point, four 500 word essays, a custom 500 word essay for each site (read as 15 additional 500 word essays) a 5 page vita, 3 letters of recommendation, a printed transcript of her undergraduate and graduate studies, and an assortment of case write ups & reports.

I think all in all each package she sent out was 100 pages of printed material, each page of which had to be checked again, and again. At least I was able to help her out with the internship applications.

Anyway, that's what we've been up to for the past while. We're just decompressing from the whole ordeal now. You should see more and more of us in the coming weeks

The reports of her death were greatly overestimated; although the fact that she passed, let alone survived this process speaks to her dedication to helping people.
