UT 3 direct 2 drive

I went with a direct to drive purchase of the game, the clincher for this method was not having to pay tax or shipping to get it here by the release date.

As an added bonus you get to make a back up DVD, so that if you need one for the future and don't happen to have internet at the time, you can still install (and it takes less than hours and hours to download again to boot).

So who is going to be playing and where, what game types? I tried getting on DC server for this but it never seems to be up, or I can't find it not sure which.

At any rate, better get to bed, I'm tyin the knot tommorow....

I'm not sure if I will get it or not because it doesn't run very well on my computer. It runs well on Boingo's comp, however. We may get it and she can play it on her computer. I can't upgrade because of $$$$ .

I'm waiting to upgrade myself. I can get a decent frame rate most of the time at 800 * 600 for now. I guess I'm not waiting

The thing is I have found that on most games with a campaign option, frame rates are not as important as online play.
