I believe this has been brought up before, but I'm not going to gravedig that thread.
Can it be made so that in the next build, the Adrenaline Masters' blasts cost less adren?
I mean, compare it with the blasts of other classes. Healing blasts cost 50 adrenaline and can heal up to 449 per player. Let's assume that there are four players in a room, and one is a medic. Let's also assume that one is at 50 health, two are at 300 health, and the medic is at 350 health, and all have max Health bonus.
The blast heals for a total of 800 health, of which the Medic gets XP for 700. Assuming XP healing 10, they get 70 xp, no?
In order to get a similar return on Megablast, you would have to kill at least (200/50 adren ratio=4x70/16 points per titan = 17.5) around 17 titans from full HP to death (actually slightly less due to multikill bonuses). And I have a sneaking suspicion that Freeze Blast and Poison Blast aren't going to do much better.
Even if it turns out my math is bad (Like if healing blast isn't affected by XP healing), could we still get some cheaper blasts?
Maybe something like
MegaBlast cost=175 adren
Poison blast cost=125 adren
Freeze blast cost = 50 adren
Anyway, thoughts? Especially from high-level AMs?

For me I've really can say i've never used the blasts except Mega a few times. For one reason is that the Adrenaline Costs are extremely high for thier use and thier situational at best for usage. Theres just so many other Artifacts that can be usable instead of the blasts. Mega might beable to come a little close to the XP gain but Running into the middle of 17 titans is a bit of a sucide compared to using say a triple.
This is just opinion though.

Although I agree completely with you fog, I doubt any changes will ever come to the LA class as it seems that the powers that be consider the class to be overpowered already. To be perfectly honest I feel all the LA blasts are pretty much useless after trying them all - mega blast costs way to much - its easier just to find the deemer and save the adren. Freeze blast doesnt even seem to freeze anything and why would I want to poison everything? So the engineers sents can finish everything off for me....no thanks.
To be honest I would rather have some of the LA powers/abililties eliminated in favor of some kind of improved health booster. Either that or increase the max adren that a LA player can accumulate being as all other classes can accumulate the same amount.......but that will never happen either because then I would be even more dangerous as an LA player lol
Oh well as long as the engineers are happy...............

Fully agree Micron. If I could I'd drop em just so i can sort through my artifacts easier if I dont need to use one that i have keybound. Goes back to that other thread mentioning about having an artifact to directly pump into health or such.
Of course were OP'ed, Just not till the higher Levels.
Vorpal +22 with Zerk and max Weapon speed Shock Rifle anyone.

As an AM player who is no longer playing for XP (maxed out) I have been trying to play a more supportive role in the game.
I think the main problem with the freeze/poison blast is the delay of the blast. When I see a medic blast on the floor I slow down to reap the benefits, but the monsters are not very accommodating when it come to mega/freeze/poison blasts.
I suggest making the AM blasts almost instant if possible.
As for the cost, I can easily make more kills running a triple or invulnerability, then any of the blasts.
Maybe the supportive artifacts (remote inv. & DD, poison and freeze blast) should cost less.
And maybe make the mega blast cost a little less as to be able to set of 2 blasts if at 250 adren. (125 per blast)
