My Freind (Lt. Crumpet) and I were looking around the DC wiki and noticed that a Shield Blast artifact was supposed to come with level 3 shield healing.

Both of us have Level 3 and neither of us have the aforementioned artifact.

Is this an inconsistency in the information on the wiki or is it an error in that we should have the artifact, or somthing else all together for that matter.

Shield Blast artifact will probably appear in next version. Is not in current version.
