We're planning on playing Jailbreak tomorrow (7/8 ) at 7PM mountain time (that's 6 pacific, 8 central, 9 eastern). Here is the server IP:
(see below)
It's a little slow, but it's currently the best out there (at least that I can find). If you haven't connected to the server before, I highly suggest you do it a day in advance so any download problems can be resolved beforehand. Let me know if there's a time/date conflict.
EDIT:
Well the first server has an issue with forwarding jailbreak files, so I changed my search criteria and found two more servers. The new IP is the following:
216.86.150.20:7777
NOTE: This server does not like the Professor Farnsworth skin. You will have to remove the FarnsworthCore.u file found in your UT directory (in System) before you enter the game (assuming you have it installed in the first place). If you don't, the game will kick you. Sorry Bot! 
Alternatively, if we encounter more problems, we can also use this server:
193.190.238.194:7777
The downside is that it's slow and doesn't have voice chat. However, it does not have the annoying anti-TCC.

Hmmm I double checked the address and there's no typo. Anyone else having a problem?
I don't have any problems, however I have the complete jailbreak package installed. Got it here:

yeah, I have that installed too, still not doin anything. Doesn't even return a ping for me...  Tried the other IP as well, doin the same thing...odd.

Hmmm well maybe it's an ISP problem.
Not sure if this will help any, but you could try making a favorite of some random server, change the IP address to one of the JB servers, and see if that helps. It's how I had to input the IP's into UT.

I got in ok.
Also. if you don't load skins at startup the farnsworth skin isn't a problem. I have it installed and was able to play for a whole match.
