I din't know where to put this but I have a gameplay question, when ever I try to join your server I load the map and everything just fine but as soon as i get in to gameplay where all the people are my screen just goes black. I would think it would be a graphical error but im just seeing if the is any "tech support" like people here who can help me out. I dont know if this helps but I have a not so good computer and maybe my PCI graphics card is messing up? Any feed back would be great.

Can you play in single player mode?
Also, have you installed the 3369 patch?
Beyond that, I'd make sure you have the latest video card drivers, motherboard drivers, and any bios updates...

The fundamental problem is this: The first word we learn as children is NO. From that point forward society teaches women that saying no isn't polite, and society teaches men to respect those who wont take no for an answer.

If you can't even get into Windows now, there's not a lot we could do to help you.
My first guess would be something with your hard drive - if you can, do some diagnostics on it (for more recent Dells, try CTRL-ALT-D - not DEL - during the BIOS POST sequence - it will do a fairly thorough scan of your hard drive and report "PASS" or an error code - an error code usually means replacement needed). Beyond that, there's no telling and, assuming all your hardware is good, you'd have to consider reinstalling Windows.
If you're not tech savvy, your next move might be to talk to someone who does service in your local area.
Now, if you can get into Windows, you need to follow Dru's suggestions.

You could also try loading windows in safemode. After post, but before the screen changes hit F8, this should bring up a screen that give you a few choices. Pick safe mode. It will run windows with the bare neccessities. If it works, you might have a video, sound or peripherial driver issue. (most probably video though)

Sorry I'm so dumb but I don't know when to do the CTRL ALT D thing. Also when I enter Safe mode I get this screen that says stuff in the corners and then It crashes like before.
If I reinstall windows will all of my software be erased?

Watch your boot-up sequence a couple of times and it will tell you when and what key(s) necessary to get into "safe mode".
If you cannot get to your desktop via the "Safe Mode" and correct any problems in the "Safe Mode" setup, then perhaps you need to re-install your OS. And yes, you will lose all loaded programs and have to reload them since you will want to perform scan disk and reformat the hard drive.
However, it's very hard to give you much advice since you've not mentioned which version (3.1/95/98/98SE/ME/2000/NT/XP/Vista) you have installed on your PC.

To get into safe mode, press F8 during the early stages of bios post. Then select the "safe mode with networking" option.

When the power went out during boot-up I had a similar problem and this saved me from reinstalling...
1. Boot your computer from your Windows XP Cd. To do this, insert your CD and turn your computer on. When the menu comes up, select boot from CD (do not select boot from hard drive).
2. Your computer will begin to boot. Eventually, you will see a screen asking you what you would like to do. Press the letter R on your keyboard to proceed to the Windows Recovery Console.
3. As you progress to the Recovery Console you may be asked which partition you would like to boot into. Type the number associated with the partition containing your NTFS partition (usually 1 or 2) and then press enter to continue. You may be asked for your administrator password. If you have one, type it in and press enter. If you do not have a password to boot your computer into Windows, simply press enter.
4. Now you should be at a command prompt. from here, type the following command without the quotes and press enter: "chkdsk /p"
5. This is a short test that will tell you whether or not a longer test is needed. If after the test completes, the message "One or more errors detected on the volume" appears, then proceed to step 6. If no errors are reported, then your drive can not be repaired using chkdsk.
6. Now you should be back at the command prompt. Type the following command without the quotes and press enter: "chkdsk /r"
7. This test will take a while depending on the size of your drive. It will look for the errors on your drive and repair them. When it completes, you will be back at a command prompt.
8. Now type "chkdsk /p" again and press enter. If no errors are reported, your drive has been successfully repaired and is safe to use again temporarily. If errors are still reported, then your drive is on its last leg. You may be able to boot it now though.
9. Remove the CD from your system and restart the PC. Take a moment now to back up your important data.
I would have answered this earlier but when I read this the first time you only had a video problem.
