The fundamental problem is this: The first word we learn as children is NO. From that point forward society teaches women that saying no isn't polite, and society teaches men to respect those who wont take no for an answer.

Did you remember to take the rpg.ini updates from cvs?
Changes were to AbilityLoadedEngineer and EngineerPointsInv for limiting when players can get what, and also to include the Energy Turret?
I presume you did.

Note to Engineers:
The cost of LoadedEngineer has increased by one point per level, so you may start with negative points.
The cost of ShieldRegen has been reduced by one point per level to compensate.
Other limits have been put in to limit what you can spawn when, and when you can buy certain levels of LoadedEngineer.
So, the play will have changed slightly.
These changes were to compensate for low level engineers scoring too high.

Sz, I didn't fix the existing engineers. We're still in beta, so I'm not all that concerned about it.
