How can I manually give players levels? I found the information is recorded in the UT2004RPG.ini but every time I edit the levels of a player it just resets them a few minutes later.

I'm assuming that you are editing the ini while the server is down?

well people have told me its possible to do it while the server is up. Although I think they wrote a mutator for it.

If it's possible, I don't know how it's done. You'll have to find the mutator they used.

Probably an admin mutator that directly calls the necessary function(s) to level a player up.
