For all you Skin/Model makers what program do yall use to create the skns/Models.I'm intrested in making a model please help.

A tutorial or 2 may help as well

It would be easiest to start with a skin, you'll need photoshop, gimp or another halfway decent photo / paint program. UT2004 also has upaint that is on the cd which is a decent way to view progress on the skin without running ued.

Again, as Continuum said, you will need a good design program.

Also, to use your model on DC, be sure that it is appropiate.
