I have added three new artifacts to cvs.
RemoteMax - cost 150 adrenaline, maxes the weapon of the person you are aiming at. Get 15 xp. The new weapon is currently still droppable, but that may change.
RemoteInvulnerability - cost 100 adrenaline. Makes the target player invulnerable for 8 seconds. Get 10 xp.
RemoteDamage - cost 100 adrenaline. Gives the target player double damage for 20 seconds. Get 10 xp.
KeyBind using "SelectRemoteMax", "SelectRemoteInv" and "SelectRemoteDamage".
To accompany this, I have change Loaded Artifacts to have 4 levels. By default:
Level 1 - Flight, Teleport, spider, MWM (as now)
Level 2 - double modifier, max, plusone, invulnerability, triple, rod. (No beams or spheres)
Level 3 - bolt, beam, mega, freeze, poison blasts, repulsion. Plus non-breakable MWM as now.
Level 4 - team artifacts - spheres and remotes
Level 2 was getting much too strong. Costs same as now with Level 4 costing an extra 9 points.
I couldn't really see the point in a remote MWM if we are allowing the new maxed weapons to be droppable.
And others like remote max+1 and remote piercing/vorpal I am not doing unless Dru tells me to, as I can't see him agreeing to them.

Looks like at the moment the spheres are not configured in, and the RemoteDamage and RemoteInvulnerability are also not configured in.

Correct. I thought there were some bugs where they kept running after the artifacts stopped. If this isn't the case, check them back into the ini, and I'll refresh it next rebuild, in the next few days.

The fundamental problem is this: The first word we learn as children is NO. From that point forward society teaches women that saying no isn't polite, and society teaches men to respect those who wont take no for an answer.

I made some changes to make them safer, and haven't seen any problems. However, local testing doesn't get the same stress as on DC, where during intense times there is packet loss. However, both should now have local timers to switch them off after a while if they do overrun.

Sounds great. Put them back in the INI and I'll merge them in during the next update
