Splinter Cell: Double Agent

I finally just got done with this. After all of the flustration with crashes, bugs and glitches, I have decided that Ubi reached too far too fast. I've loved the other games in this series, but this one just plain rotted imho. Now, the plot was great (with the trust system and such), but the controls were horrable (you are VERY limited in what you can configure), and the glitches and bugs and crashes, Oh My! Ubi support wouldn't even return my emails on how to fix any of these, the patch was pittiful in what it "fixed". I am very disappointed, and wish i could get my 50 back. I think they rushed getting this out on the market, and I think they know it. In hind sight, I would have waited untill it was down to 30 bucks, and even then it would still be a pain in the processor.
As for this game on the Wii, my son bought it (who loves the series as much as I), played for about 2 missions and it has not come back out of the case. The controls are extreamly difficult, and even on the consol it skiddered and crashed a few times. All in all, don't buy it unless you have ALOT of patience, or untill a true fix patch comes out.

I think you should create a youtube video expressing your frustration with this Ubisoft product. Go on, let it all out.

Yeah, I bought the game for the PS2 awhile back and was gravely disappointed. I loved Chaos Theory and eagerly awaited this one, but it didn't even meet expectations. First off I was very disappointed in the graphics compared to Chaos Theory. I liked the idea of having to weigh your decisions, but I guess I just like the old way too much. The controls were a tad bit off from the previous ones as well. It's a decent game, but a huge failure in comparison to its previous achievements.

Well now I know that I wont be buying that game anytime soon. Thanks for the update Eme.
