I just read about a robotic parking garage from popular mechanics. Looks insane. Be sure to watch the video. I'm not sure yet who I would trust to park my car, a 17 year old or an over-sized car handling jukebox
the jetsons have nothing on this

Hmm, that's pretty cool. I've seen those before on commercials or something. I think I'd trust "Rosie" (Jetsons reference) more than a 17 year old.

The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body. But rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in hand, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO what a ride!"

How do we know it's a Rosie and not a Megatron or Mechagodzilla in disguise? Or even a lovable but laughably naive Johnny 5?

That's neat! How does it know which car is yours on return? Do they give you a ticket, or a number to punch in... that's pretty cool though!

Probably a card or ticket. I'm guessing there would be an attendant working there to be sure everything is alright.

Sweet. Space usage tripled, but I'm sure the cost of building that as to a conventional ramp is also triple...
