Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss!

Just honoring the memory of one of the greatest authors/artist out there, imho. Favorites of mine are:

The Sneetches and Other Stories (#1 without question)
The Lorax
The Butter Battle Book

I remember my two favorite teachers in middle and high school read Oh The Places You'll Go on the last day of class. Good stuff.

Well, in short Yertle is the King of all the turtles in a pond. He sat mightily on his rock above all other turtles. Soon however he begins to order all the turtles to stand on each others back so that he may sit above everything in his kingdom. He gets extremely high until he realizes that he cannot ever be higher than the moon. Before long, the turtle on the bottom, "Mack", burps and the whole stack shakes enough where Yertle falls in the mud. That ended the turtle king's rule and now all turtles are free... and Yertle is now the king of the mud. Brief synopsis, but I love the story
