How to set character levels above 99

I'm having a problem with my RPG Mod. It's character level limit is set for maximum 99 and i can't seem to make it any higher. If possible i'd like to set it really high. Do i have to change something in my RPG.ini. file?

Also, is the RPG Mod accessible to all of the different modes like, onslaught, deathmatch, CTF, invasion and all that? How do i make the RPG mutator stick with each one of those, like a default? THanks

yes it can be used at other modes (i think)
but some things are only for invasion

So how do i make my Character levels go higher than 99? And how do i make the points that they start out with higher than 99 as well?
