01/07/2007 UT2004RPG data cleanout

Greetings Everyone. We used to do this every 4 months, but I must confess, we've let it sit for almost a year.

We performed an RPG data cleanout today. All players not active in the previous 4 months, banned players, and players with a level of less than 10 have been archived.

We've now got 1500 active players instead of ~12,000

We'll do it again in about 4 months.
