I haven't seen this in the pack. (I am blind though.) It's the model I use. Kinda hefty but worth it.

Nope, it's not in the packs.

I installed the .upl and race file in the system folder, since you can use most skins that aren't compatible with 'online play' on this server (Prof. Farnsworth, Yoda, and Fry are three examples).

Let us know if we should install the alternative skin instead.
