Now, everyone's probably going to hate this, and I can't blame them, really, but when I was reading up on the Engineer topics in the DruidsRPG Development forum, a thought came to mind concerning the Bulldog and its physics. The Bulldog was a relatively crappy vehicle, made in UT2003 originally. Theoretically, it was a nigh-perfect physics model. However, due to weight being totally evenly distributed, the front tended to bounce up very easily (normally an engine would weigh it down), making turning very difficult. To make this managable, one person suggested tripling the gravity factor of the Bulldog, which worked quite well, and made it a convincing pseudo-jeep thing, in terms of physics.
Now, as I was thinking about the oddities of said physics, I came to the thought of how rigid the 'normal' vehicles were. The Scorpion, Hellbender, and most definitely the Goliath are all very rigid, stiff vehicles. So I came up with an idea.
If someone wanted to (who probably doesn't exist) recreate the Onslaught vehicles as true karma (Unreal physics) actors for use with the Engineer, that would be pretty darn cool. However, keep the 'normal' vehicles to non-Engineers. If the resulting Karma Vehicles end up being harder to manage, throw 'em at the non-Engineers, and give the good stuff to the Engineers.
Of course, this is probably a stupid idea that no one cares about, but it came to mind, so I thought I'd share.
Discuss!

I think karma objects are really bad with replication (if they would even need to be replicated in the first place... thinking vehicles with a gunner would) and the physics of a real feeling vehicle would be quite complex.

May be some stuff that interests you in this thread.... I believe the project is currently on hold atm.
